The layout of the Dissension website will soon change. The website adress will just be the same www.dissension.tk

 

The new Dissension demo will be named Within. All recordings are done, and they will be mixed now. The artwork is not known yet. The release date will be announced later. Within will contain five new Dissension songs, their lyrics are readable here.

 

Dissension has entered the PassedOutRecords studio again, and is currently recording some songs for a new demo. We'll keep you updated!

 

Some new Passed Out Evenings are coming in. February 17th there will be one in cafe Swaf in Hoorn, and March 2nd in society De Bolk in Delft. More to come!

 

On November 11th Dissension will play in Musicon, The Hague with Operation Trendkill. December 16th, Dissension will play in Nederland Drie, Wateringen. More dates to be announced.

Update November 1st: November 5th Dissension will play with four (!) other bands in the Franse Bulldog to celebrate Mark's birthday. In January Dissension will play in Musicon, exact date to be announced. April 21st, we'll play in HPC, The Hague.

 

Tonight Dissension will play at the HardrockFest, put together by Mark and Tim. It will be the last time we'll play in the Franse Bulldog. The place will go down next month. During the HardrockFest discs will be handed out containing the songs Gone, Fooled, Too Late and Burned Into The Ground. The HardrockFest will start about 8pm, and Dissension will start 22.30h.

Update: the Franse Bulldog won't go down 'till August 2006.

 

On Friday August 19th Dissension will play at the HardrockFest festival in the Franse Bulldog. Mark and Tim are personally putting the festival together. All info on altoweb.tk.

Update August 10th: confirmed till now are Bosdog, Under Destruction, Grds, Dissension, Vertigo.

Update August 17th: Under Destruction had to cancel the gig, but we have Noblesse coming in.

So, it's been a while since the last update. There are some new songs in raw shape, and we'll be finishing these songs and record some of them as soon as possible. Hopefully, we can also do some gigs soon. Mark has started his own site, altoweb, so check it out for all stuff about the The Hague Underground Scene and some reviews of gigs and new albums. 

Since Another One Failed was released a year (and a day) ago, there are now some full songs available for download in the download section of the site.   

 

You can now vote for the Dissension songs Burned Into The Ground and Fooled at ongekendtalent.nl. The tracks are the recorded versions as available on Another One Failed.

 

Dissension will do a gig in the Franse Bulldog tomorrow. Start around 9.30pm

 

As it seems now, on April 9th Dissension will do two gigs! First we will play in the Pop-in (HPC), later in the night we will play in the Piratenbar, Scheveningen. For now, not all the details are known yet, so keep checking the tour dates.  

 

Next thursday at society De Bolk in Delft, Dissension will play with Operation Trendkill and Bosdog at the Passed Out Evening. April 9th Dissension will play at HPC. Check gigs for more info.

 

Unfortunately, Dissension didn't make it to the quarter finales in the Beachbattle. Review of the gig will be available at www.beachbattle.nl next wednesday.

 

Dissension will participate in the current Beachbattle (2005). Some band couldn't make it, so we were asked to play instead of them. We will play the 5th of March at HPC, The Hague.
